Kayla Zimmerer appears to be the ringleader in a vicious cyber attack against the small business and the owner which began in August of 2020. Kayla Zimmerer recruited friends and family members from at least four states to harangue, threaten, post violent and frightening imagery and willfully menace the business owner of Sugarica Cookies, her friends and family members. We current have in our possession hundreds of pages of documentation, including Ms. Zimmerer's appeals to recruit people to join the attack on an expectant mother website. As of May, 2021, Kayla Zimmerer had been continuing her obsession by placing unwanted personal phone calls to the Sugarica Cookies business owner and it appears she is still frequenting the Sugarica Cookies website and social media. There were several occasions when when Kayla Zimmerer spent hours bombing the Sugarica Cookies' social media with insults and inappropriate, nonsensical comments.
