      Keep in mind, customization will generally increase the average price of an any order. Our aim, with your help, is to deliver personalized works of art that people will talk about.

          • Payment is required two weeks prior to your desired delivery date.
          • Please submit your request as early as possible.
          • We require a minimum of three dozen cookies for any custom order.
        Cancellations after payment is received can be made only up to one week prior to the requested delivery date. We cannot issue a refund  issue a credit for a future order once your payment has been received. 
        Please submit your request as early as possible to ensure a spot on our production calendar. Phone requests, Social Media DMs and texts are no longer accepted as our system is unable to process without electronic submission.

We can help you whether it is for an upcoming wedding, a baby shower, entertaining, customized birthday party, baby shower, corporate logo-branded order and so much more! To get started, please carefully complete the form provided below  to speak to a friendly customer service representative who can answer your questions, provide pricing and offer suggestions if you desire. 
        If you need suggestions, we will send you photos and ideas! Our artists are experienced, not only as skilled pastry designers but also as customer consultants. If you have special logos, photos of ideas you’ve seen or any other images we will need to create your custom order, you will have the opportunity to send it once your request has been submitted.

        Custom Order Pricing
        Prices start at $65 per dozen for basic designs and range in price because we calculate the pricing based on cookie size, additional cookie designs per order, and levels of intricacy and colors. We are here to help you with suggestions to stretch your budget no matter what the occasion!

        Please do not submit an order request if your desired shipping date is less than two weeks from the date of submission or if you are requesting less than three dozen cookies.
