Returns and Exchanges

All merchandise should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Sugarica products are baked to order and contain no preservatives. 

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All delivery dates are approximate.

We carefully and expertly hand-package your order using the most reliable interior indestructo boxes and cradle them within our exterior boxes. 

In rare cases, carriers mishandle packages or leave them in places with extreme heat/humidity and cause great damage to fragile packages. 

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any melting, damages, or delays to your cookies that may occur during or after shipping/delivery. Sugarica Cookies, LLC shall not be liable for any damage as a result of any delay or failure to deliver for any reason including, but not limited to, problems with suppliers, mishandling which may cause damage to products by carriers (such damage is out of the control of Sugarica Cookies), embargos or other governmental acts, regulations or requests, fire, flood, accidents, sabotage, strikes, slowdowns or other labor difficulties, war, riot, delays in transportation, weather conditions including extreme humidity or heat, conditions or defaults of common carriers. In the event of any such delay, the date of delivery shall be extended for a period of time equal to the time lost because of delay. A buyer’s exclusive remedy for Sugarica Cookies inability to deliver for any reason shall be rescission of this agreement, which the buyer can only exercise before Sugarica Cookies has delivered the product to a carrier at any point of shipment.

For all custom orders, we cannot accept cancellations within three weeks of the requested delivery date.
