We hand ice and flood the cookies with the base icing color (looks like white, in this case). Then we print the logo on our premium icing sheets (nothing like the tasteless wafer sheets you may have seen elsewhere -- with washed out colors). The image then is die cut and attached with piping gel that melds to the flooded cookies. Then we embellish with hand piping to give your logo an embossed presentation!
They are individually heat-sealed for ultra freshness and are absolutely delicious -- moist and cake-like.
